About Vieve:
Vieve is founded by entrepreneur, Rafael Rozenson. After using sports nutrition supplements for 20 years and spending a career working on prestigious FMCG brands like Evian, Bacardi, P&G, Disney, Reckitt Benckiser, Danone, Monster Energy and Mars, Rafael spotted an opportunity to apply his product development and marketing experience to create his own product.

Over the course of 2 years, Rafael worked with dieticians, nutritionists, creatives and manufacturers to create the perfect protein water drink, and the first ever sports nutrition product to be officially classified as sugar-free by Sugarwise.

Vieve was launched in 2018 and after three years is now available in 300 outlets across 17 countries in Europe, Middle East & Asia. The brand has gained over 1000+ 5 star reviews and won or been nominated for several prestigious awards including a Womens’ Health Award. The brand is also one of the top selling protein drinks in the UK on Amazon, Google and Ocado, outselling much larger and established brands. Vieve is still soley run by Rafael who manages all aspects of the business from sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc

But what is Vieve and … How do I pronounce it?!?!
Vieve comes from the urban dictionary and means “full of life”. We believe that inside each of us is someone pretty amazing. We just sometimes need that little extra something to help us perform at our best and that’s where our brand comes in….

Our range of great tasting products, high-protein, low sugar products that allow consumers to live healthier, happier lives and allow them to face any challenge head on so they can #GrabLife.

Oh yes and its pronounced VEE-VE!

What are the Vieve products?
Our first range of products including our collection of protein waters — one of the first of their kind in the UK! Packed with 20g protein, zero sugar or dairy and only 80–85 calories per bottle. The world’s first collagen-based protein drink, offering a true alternative to thick, sugar protein drinks and powders. It’s the easiest 20g protein EVER!

After the success of our range of protein waters, we will also be expanding into some game-changing NPD in powders and bars in 2021.

Our goal is to triple our sales next year and we need to bring in the right people to help us aggressively grow. From a sales perspective you will be working with a brand that has virtually zero physical distribution in the UK, so the opportunities for growth are literally endless.

What is the role?
We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience who has relationships with the major UK retailers and who can drive the strategic sales direction of the businesses into 2021 and beyond.

We need someone with a proven track record and the hunger to be part of one of the UK’s hottest fittest brands in a new and emerging category. Vieve is setup for rapid growth and we are looking for someone who can work independently both drive sales themselves and grow with us in the future

Responsibility:
• Develop strategies to grow sales and maximise profitability
• Win new business across Grocery, High Street and the fitness sector both in the UK and internationally
• Full ownership and sign off of customer and channel P&L’s
• Drive JBP’s and promotional plans to maximise our footprint within each sales channel
• Accurate forecasting and close communication with our Ops Team
• Build out full 2020 commercial plans
• Hire new Sales people as required to support and drive our ambitious growth
• Drive strategic direction of the Vieve brand including working closely with the founders to ensure we are ahead of the game and constantly innovating and improving

The role is perfect for someone who…
• Has 5+ years experience in FMCG with proven track record of delivering new business.
• Is a commercial wizard with a relentless drive to deliver the plan
• Has exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
• Has an analytical brain and loves a challenge.
• Approaches problems with a can-do and positive attitude.
• Is not afraid to get stuck into all areas of a business in fast growth.
• Is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Has strong decision-making and negotiating skills.
• Has a genuine passion for fitness and/or food and drink.
• Is a team player who is interested in building a business from the ground up
